OVAO was established in October 2019 with a heart for serving small business owners who need practical, reliable support behind the scenes.

The business was inspired by a real-life experience — assisting a friend from church who was navigating personal loss while trying to keep his business running. Admin and invoicing became overwhelming, not due to lack of commitment, but because his focus had to remain on his core work and personal responsibilities.

That moment revealed a common challenge faced by solopreneurs and small businesses: doing everything alone leaves little room for clarity, growth, or peace of mind.

With the founders’ background in the corporate environment, OVAO intentionally developed a deep understanding of the unique needs of small businesses — including compliance requirements, bookkeeping realities, and efficient admin systems — in order to offer support that is practical, personalised, and meaningful.
